Player Information:
Any female athletes between the ages of 5 and 14* are invited to join CGFP this January for our Spring Ball season.
Age Divisions are based on birth years:
- 6U: 2016-2018**
- 8U: 2014-2015
- 10U: 2012-2013
- 12U: 2010- 2011
- 14U: 2008-2009
We will make every attempt to place registered players on a team, but spots will be limited based on manager interest.
Spring Ball fees are per player.
6U: $100
8U, 10U, 12U, 14U:
- $235 if you register between 10/22-11/4/22 – Early bird discount
- $255 if you register between 11/5-11/25/22
- $275 if you register between 11/26- 12/31/22
Sibling discount is $25.

Spring Dates: Some exact dates are still TBD
- Registration is open from 10/22-12/31/22. First come first serve. There is limited space available.
- Spring Assessments: 1/7/23.
- Players will be notified by their team manager via email no later than Friday, January 20, 2023
- Practice begins: Late January.
- Opening day: Mid-February.
- Closing ceremony is early May.
- Games are on Saturdays through Day Light Savings. After Day Light Savings begins (March 13) games will also be played on weeknights.
- Playoffs: Tentatively 4/24-5/6/23
Volunteers Needed:
- Managers – Manage team. Game management. Create practice plans. Communicate with families and players.
- Coaches – Assist with coaching a team during games. Assist with running field and batting cage practice.
- Team Parents- Coordinate with manager on team communication, events, schedule, and possibly help keep dugout in order and other things as needed.
- Field Maintenance Volunteers – Fix it jobs around the field and batting cages. Water and drag fields. Weekly maintenance schedule.
- Event Volunteers – Check in table. Auction Tables. Setup and tear down of tables, a/v, décor, food, etc.
- Fundraising/ Sponsorship Volunteers – Gather auction items. Arrange fundraising events. Sponsor outreach and coordination.

*14U players may need to be reassigned to a 12U team if there is not enough interest in the 14U division to field a team. **2018 birth year - Contact the 6U Representative, Player Agent, and Vice President. Parent / Guardian must volunteer.
