Players are assigned to a division according to their age as of 9/1, which is determined by USA softball. Skill Evaluation Assessments will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Participation in Skill Evaluation Assessments is mandatory – except 6U Division (unless trying to play up to 8U). Players must assess with BOTH their age group (regardless of the division they would like to play in) and additionally in the higher age bracket if requesting to play up.

Please show up 30 minutes before your scheduled assessment time. Parking is limited, so please plan accordingly, leaving enough time for you to check in and warm up your player prior to assessment time. A detailed reminder will be sent the week of assessments to all registered players.
It is expected that everyone show up for the mandatory assessment on the scheduled date unless it is absolutely unavoidable. Please email [email protected] if you are unable to attend.
Very Important Note - Mandatory Pitching/Catching Assessment for all players that pitched or caught in previous seasons for divisions 8U-14U. If you want to continue to be eligible to pitch/catch in the Spring 2024 season you must attend the pitching/catching assessment held on January 13, 2024 at 11:00am. 6U do not attend assessments unless requesting to play up to 8U. All players that have previously pitched/caught in games who don't attend the pitching/catching assessment will be ineligible to pitch/catch for the season unless they reach out to the league ([email protected]) to make alternate arrangements..
